This free-standing single-family residence stands on a large horizontal plot. The design incorporates a composite section and use of semi-levels in an L-shaped plan for the two main building volumes. There are three courtyards, one in the front, one in the back that includes the swimming-pool, and a third one on the roof terrace next to the study.
